SECURITY by Michele Lee. Directed by Ra Chapman
Presented by Darebin Arts Speakeasy
EVENT UPDATE: Due to the current ongoing lockdown in Melbourne Darebin Arts Speakeasy has made the difficult decision to postpone our upcoming season of SECURITY by Michele Lee to 2022. We will update the season dates on this page as soon as we are able to.
All ticket holders will be contacted directly by our Ticketing team regarding a full refund – we appreciate your patience and ongoing support during this time, and look forward to welcoming you back to the theatre soon!
Stand. Watch. Protect. Repeat – but what happens when it all goes to shit?
Working security is a fight most days.
It’s the female security guards at Thompson Security – Naz, Tribe and Joey – who work on the front-lines to keep it all in line. But the shit hits the fan when they witness the sexual assault of a wealthy female client.
So life, and work, goes on. Same drill but different gigs. Until everything that isn’t right comes undone.
