The Loud Mouth program is presented by Darebin City Council and provides quality, contemporary and creative programming specifically designed for children, young teens and families. Loud Mouth takes place during school holidays at Darebin Arts & Entertainment Centre with occasional events also held at Northcote Town Hall.
